What the photo shows
My project record
- The same type of capped PVC pipe, with scrapes and black marks along its length.
- Tire tread marks from equipment on the slab surface around the pipe.
- A trailer and truck in the background at the edge of the lot.
What it does not prove
The tread marks show equipment moved across the slab near the pipe. They do not by themselves show that the equipment struck it.
